Patinas for Copper and Bronze Cladding
|
Patinated copper or bronze by itself is a beautiful metal ... there's no doubt about it. But
add the flexibility of a pre-patina finish, and you have classic beauty
with an old world look at delivery and throughout the natural patina
process.
And with so many options available, our clients can choose just the
right initial color for their architectural designs. Point Five gives you
unlimited freedom to articulate your creative vision.
This photo to the left shows an example of Patina No. 8. On
copper, this dark, rich finish is one of the most requested
options in our line of patina colors.
|
Patina is a chemical change in the copper or bronze (not an applied finish like paint) that results from the combination of
minerals, moisture, and temperature.
Hand burnished finish and attention to detail produce a spectacular copper patina in
eight different hues. Hand pressed molding and custom detailing
create an uncommon effect in this custom window solution.
Below are samples of Point Five patina colors.
